Jalapeño Iced Green tea

Ingredients

   Lemongrass Green Tea

 Jalapeños - 5-6

 

 

 

1 cup water

2 cups orange juice

1 cup ice cubes

Method

 

 

Heat a cup of water up-to 80 degrees Celsius and add a Teamonk Lemongrass teabag. Leave it for about 2 minutes and remove the teabag.

 

Allow it to cool.

 

Take a handful of jalapeños and crush them to extract its juices. Add the extract and the crushed jalapeños to the green tea.

 

Choose a glass of your choice and strain the green tea into it. Top it with crushed ice.

 

 It's ready! We paired it with tempura prawns.
